We are thrilled to officially welcome the 43 selected comrades from the Lagos State Command to the inaugural Hybrid Digital Training Program. You are no longer just volunteers; as of today, you are recruits in the Digital Vanguard.
Out of numerous applications, your profiles stood out. While our data shows that 100% of this cohort is starting at the Beginner level, your ambitions are anything but basic. You are future experts ready to be activated for the IT ecosystem.
🛡️ The Vanguard Protocol: Preparation is Key
In the Man O' War, we don't go into the field without a briefing. To ensure we maximize our live training time:
24-Hour Readiness Rule: Exactly 24 hours before each class, the training materials and session links will be shared. Every comrade is strictly expected to study these materials in advance. Do not come to the session "cold." Come informed, with your notes ready and questions noted. The live session is for clarification and tactical discussion, not just reading.

Attendance is compulsory. We move as a unit.
