Session 1: The Concept of Ori & The Digital Mindset
“Discovering the Architect within the Comrade.”
1. Core Philosophy: The Concept of Ori
In our framework, Ori refers to your Internal Essence or Innate Potential.
- The Problem: Most people learn technology because it is "popular," leading to frustration and burnout.
- The TAIEF Solution: We identify your Ori first. Are you naturally a Protector (Cybersecurity), a Builder (Software), or a Visionary (AI/Data)?
- Goal: To move you from being a "tool-user" to a "problem-solver" who uses technology to fulfill a specific purpose.
2. The Digital Mindset Shift
To succeed in this 10-session journey, you must abandon the "Manual Age" mindset and adopt the Vanguard Mindset:

| Technology is "too hard" for me. | Technology is a lever that multiplies my strength. |
| I wait for instructions to move. | I use AI to brainstorm my own solutions. |
| Problems are obstacles. | Problems are "Unknown Opportunities" for innovation. |
| I work 8 hours to finish one report. | I use AI to work 10x faster with 100% accuracy. |
3. Self-Discovery Exercise: Finding Your Tech Path
Based on your natural personality, where does your Ori align?
- Path A: The Digital Shield (Cybersecurity/Intelligence)
- Traits: Disciplined, detail-oriented, protective, alert.
- Path B: The Community Architect (Software/App Development)
- Traits: Creative, logical, enjoys building things from scratch.
- Path C: The Strategic Analyst (AI/Data Science)
- Traits: Curious, loves patterns, enjoys predicting outcomes and planning.
4. Session 1 Action Tasks (To be completed before Session 2)
- Define Your Purpose: In one sentence, write down why you want to be a Digital Vanguard. (e.g., "I want to use AI to make my local Man O' War command the most efficient reporting unit in Nigeria.")
- AI Induction: If you haven't yet, create a free account on ChatGPT or Claude.ai.
- The First Prompt: Type this into the AI:
"I am a member of the Man O' War Nigeria and a student of the TAIEF Digital Vanguard program. My goal is [Insert your goal here]. Suggest 3 ways AI can help me be 10x more effective in my community service."
