As a Digital Vanguard, you will often handle raw data: volunteer attendance, incident logs, or resource inventory. Your job is to make that data speak.
- Raw Data: A list of 50 addresses where crimes occurred.
- Visualization: A "Heat Map" showing that 80% of crimes happen in one specific three-block radius.
2. Choosing the Right "Weapon" (Chart Type)
Not every chart fits every mission. Choose wisely:
- Bar Charts: For comparing categories (e.g., Which local command has the most active members?).
- Line Graphs: For tracking trends over time (e.g., Is crime rising or falling this month?).
- Pie Charts: For showing parts of a whole (e.g., What percentage of our budget goes to fuel vs. training?).

A Commander should be able to look at your chart and understand the main problem in 3 seconds.
