If we do not build systems rooted in our own African philosophies that are superior to the ones we import, we will remain helpless spectators while global powers “restore order” on their own terms. Look at Venezuela; look at the rigged global game. Dependency is a trap.

We must return to the “communal strength” of the sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo. He fathered more opportunities for children than ten biological generations ever could. Today, those beneficiaries lead local/global parastatals but have forgotten the ladder that carried them.
